Returns Policy

How to return an item and what can be returned.
Safety red-lines — read first
- Never mix cleaning products — in particular, never mix acidic descalers/removers with chlorine or bleach-based cleaners, which can release harmful gas.
Returns window
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Members have an extended 60-day window.
Condition
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Opened chemical products and trimmed film cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Physical membership resupply boxes that have already shipped are not returnable.
How to return
Email support@raifacadeuk.shop with your order number to start a return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds on returns
Once we receive and check the returned item, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timing.
