Safety First
Clear glass is never worth a fall.
Every method we sell is built around one rule: you stay inside. Read these before using reach tools or chemicals.

Stay indoors — never lean out
Clean the outside of upper-floor glass only from inside the room. Never lean out, climb a sill or balance on a ledge. We do not sell any climbing, ladder or rope-access equipment; external work at height is a job for a qualified professional company.

Tether on, tier matched
Attach the safety tether for the whole job — every time. Match the magnetic cleaner to your glazing thickness: the wrong tier can lose grip and drop. If you're unsure of your glazing, don't guess.
